Job Profile: 1. Daily production planning of SQF, Gas Nitriding, & plasma Ion Nitriding furnace

2. Prepare monthly requirement for production consumables

3. Manpower power planning and control as per requirment

4. Loss hours details monitoring and action accordingly.

5. Fixture life monitoring & improvement plan

6. HT process report/ SCADA report analysis on daily basis

7. Variable cost control steps and Analysis.

8. Strong knowledge of case carburizing, carbo Nitriding, gas Nitriding, raw material-

steel (ferrous)

9. Heat treatment trials and validation.

10. TUS/SAT and Calibration as per plan

11. Preparation & maintaining process record as per ISO/ IATF/CQI-9 standard,

guidelines.

12. Heat treatment process improvement skills like KAIZEN.

13. Handling customer Audits, give action plan & Implementation.

14. Responsible for cost control, productivity Improvement, shop floor discipline, visual

management, 5-S & Kaizen

15. Coordination with maintenance team to do Preventive/breakdown maintenance,

review of PMI.

16. To achieve the Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety and Moral's targets pertaining to

the above mentioned area of work

17. To achieve the production targets and furnace utilization as per the business plan.

18. Overall Equipment efficiency, Output per man, Losses and wastages to monitored

and controlled by team efforts.

19. Yield per hour for every furnace to be monitored and control as per the targets.

20. Plant Rework / Rejections/ Customer complaint to be kept under control and would

be seen reducing trend through various proactive measures.

21. ln case of rejections/ customer complaints, the response time for submitting

corrective, preventive action plan and actions within the target limits.

22. To carry out compliances of Internal, surveillance and other statutory audits from

regulatory bodies or from the customers.

23. To achieve the cost targets pertaining to Plant variable cost and to show the reducing

trends.

24. To submit and review the periodic cost reduction plan with Management.

25. To carry out various safety audits, Mock drills and adhere to Plant safety compliances

in the plant.

26. Maintain & Manage critical spares.

27. Waste elimination Projects

28. Decision making during emergency situation to avoid damage of customer material

as well as the equipment.

29. To communicate with customer for their requirements Plan & Review internal Audits

as per ISO.

31. Verification of purchased product related to Production Process and Quality
