Living organism. Phenomena which commonly bring about death include

Aging, predation, malnutrition, disease, suicide, homicide, starvation,

Dehydration, and accidents or major trauma resulting in terminal injury. And,

AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY and his SUPPORTERS are creating all sorts of Situations and attempting to do all these things and incidents...Please understand the whole situations...

[Note--- If any mishappening occurs with me [the victim] then please take these people into considerations and take concrete and drastic steps to punish them brutally, death penalties, concrete life imprisonments, seizure of all properties, assets and businesses, legal police root encounters and hang till death to destroy them completely by laws and orders... ]

[13] They have attempted and tried and trying to initialize and trigger the strategies and situations for extortions, fake police encounters, police custody death, encounters by criminals, fake encounters by public and fake jail, if any controlled, concrete and drastic steps are not taken right away against this person AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY and his supporters. AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY has committed these crimes.....As a result, the victim is quite disturbed mentally and physically and the victim is not able to do any job, business and marriage and unable to take care of himself and his old aged parents because of mental traumas, conspiracy, defamations, misdemeanours, derogatory remarks and comments created by these persons. Apropos the conversations over the phone, through emails and personal meetings to SUPREME COURT, INDIA, PM OFFICE, CM OFFICE, MEDIA PERSONNELS, HIGH COURT, PATNA, CIVIL AND DISTRICT COURT, PATNA, DGP BIHAR, SSP PATNA, SP PATNA WEST, DM, PATNA, ADM, LAW AND ORDER, DSP LAW AND ORDER, PATNA, DSP DANAPUR, RUPASPUR SHOs, PATNA, POLICE CONTROL ROOM, BIHAR POLICE HELPLINE NUMBER and most of the senior officials in the Police department, Patna. It has come to our notice that there are some people who have created problems since last Six and half years in which they have been disturbing a family especially a person who has come to help his parents in the construction of their house from Gurgaon to near rupaspur police station, Patna [landmark near Patna airport, Dhanaut west, Buddha vihar colony].

A person named AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY has been disturbing, annoying and harassing with mental tortures and lots of threats and bad behaviour like extremely badly scolding to the victim who was involved in assisting his old aged parents in their construction of home in that locality. The victim’s father is from a reputed position and has been retired as PRINCIPAL PVT. SECRETARY, PATNA, BIHAR, INDIA. He has already worked with PRINCIPAL SECRETARIES OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS like ENERGY, like Shri Ajay Nayak [IAS], MINES with Shri B.K. Halder [IAS] as commissioner and secretary. He was also promoted as the CHAIRMAN of electric regulation commission, Bihar and Shri P. N. Narayanan, STATE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER a CHIEF SECRETARY level IAS officer.

Since, 2nd Feb, 2009, the victim’s family is facing lots of problems when they bought their land in that area, no roads are cleared that had been shown as cleared at the time of purchasing the land, farmers have created problems, other property dealers SUNIL SINGH have cheated them in monetary terms, they have done forgery of approx. Rs. 85,000 loss to the victim’s family. Whereas victim’s family has already given more than appropriate money for this land including roads and i.e. approx. Rs. 12,50,000 INR lakhs including road with a loss of 3.5 lakhs INR only for road.

On 26th Feb, 2014, When victim’s parents started to construct their home in that locality then this person AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND SUPPORTERS started to interrupt their work because there were some issues with the labours that is why he stopped the work and the construction of the house. He was doing the same thing with other people by disturbing their work and was offering his labours  or misguiding them so that they stop the work and he was making those people wrong and he was always saying as he is right and started fighting and quarrelling with the new people who were going there to construct their house. He did this with three or four people.

In Jan, 2016 and all other dates like 3/5/2021,... 16/06/2020, 20/5/2020, 11/5/2020, 2/5/2020, 21/1/2020, 8/1/2020, 25/12/2019, 15/12/2019, 12/10/2019, 4/10/2019 ,15/9/2019,13/8/2019, 5/8/2019 , 20/7/2019, 2/7/2019, 11/6/2019, 22/5/2019,4/5/2019,29/4/2019, 20/3/2019, 3/3/2019, 1/1/2019, 2/1/2019, 3/1/2019, 7/8/2018, 24/12/2017...etc. the victim AMLENDU BHUSHAN who had come to help his parents was completely harassed by this person AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY and now by the family members because of AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND SUPPORTERS. The victims have also been forced to work like labours in the society because labours were not working properly because of AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND HIS SUPPORTERS misguidance’s and force and the victim, his mother and father were forced to work for saving their lifetime money invested in the construction. To sustain huge workloads and mental pressures, having agonies, traumas, mental harassments, misdemeanours’, threatenings of life, etc....

Recently, many incidents are occurring in the society because of AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY, RAJESH SINGH [BODYGUARD]....AND SUPPORTERS ....Like accidents of the victim’s bike and vehicle...wrong allegations in the society...etc.

Also, during this pandemic of covid 19 outbreak, these people especially, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY, RAJESH SINGH and his MOTHER, ABHAY SINGH, NANDANI CHOUDHARY, SUPPORTERS.... etc are disturbing to crash and attack the immune systems of the victim by exhausting energies in the body and mind so that they will say that the victim has expired or had a brain haemorrhage like victim’s mother because of Corona Virus and tensions as he was mad and under the treatment of Psychiatrists....

Victim’s grocery items were blocked and services have been disturbed and stopped by these people especially by.. AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND HIS SUPPORTERS...Milk, newspaper, internet connections, electricity, Tiffin’s, mangoes from victims’ garden have been stolen many times for creating annoyance, disturbances, promote aggressions, provocations, crimes, fights, tensions,..........etc....But, still the victim and his family never did anything to harm anyone in the society or the real criminals, rather the victim always seek supports and protections from the laws and orders ....and the police force....

Not only this,

AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY also tends to initiate FIRs to police station without any mistake of victim ......as the father of the victim came in Navratra Puja, they did their worship and all....they were very happy then instantly, the victim saw in his computer wifi network....there is a name coming out as “ KISS MY ASS and INFINIX HOT” , this name was also coming before more than once for different situations....then after some time AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY name was highlighting on wifi network......because the network name from victims side was his father’s name and it was Navratra Puja time..... and both father and the son, the victim was doing Navratra extremely purely,..........so after sometime the victim started to get angry on his neighbourhood people especially AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND SUPPORTERS.....Then, the father of the victim started scolding him [ the victim] ....then, there was a clash between the relationship of the victim’s father and his son .....As victim......and the father went in the morning without telling anything to the victim....it was also a great trauma for the victim by such type of behaviours by his parents, brothers, sisters, and friends, etc......

After hearing this, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY was saying as he will lodge an FIR.....and also, always making the society against the victim and his family members.....But, the father of the victim was saying for what he [AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY] will lodge an FIR?????....Then the victim started scolding to AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY and was saying lodge FIR.....The truth will prevail....You are wrong and making me and my family members wrong......Then, the victim started to lodge complaints, cases and FIRs.............

Then, after sometime a few people met with the victim when he was alone at his home to take his signatures, handwritings and visiting cards by way of convincing him as they will work with him on projects or they will open companies or they would like to take his tuitions on digital marketing concepts/ courses during pandemic situation.......now the question is if the victim is mad then why anybody would like to take his tuitions???.......so that whenever there would be any crime or something like that they will throw these things there and could make these things as evidences to prove as the victim is the criminal.....and so on.....

..Now, the question is .......Is the victim a mad person..or ....?????? Please tell who is disturbing whom by such type of activities, comments and behaviours, who all are playing conspiracy, and who are the real victims........and who are the real criminals.....??????

The person, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY started to take advantage of victim and his family situations. Not only this AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY also found that there is some issue between the two brothers as they are fighting most of the time but it was very normal and innocent, initially. AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY started to take advantages of all these things and situations. And as a result, lots of problems started in the family.

Firstly, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY started scolding extremely badly to the victim who was innocent and was under the treatment of Doctor and was also involved in helping his parents with lots of work, physical and mental pressures. But, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY did not like these things and was disturbing this person or provoking badly so that he would do something wrong or start fighting or do wrong activity. So, actually AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY was trying to provoke the victim to wrong actions always He scolded him very badly 15 to 25 times and no one did this before with him like this person…he forced him with mental tortures and harassments by badly scolding and blaming with wrong words in the society and abusing him everywhere in the society wherever he was going in shops or anywhere. The victim understood everything but was not saying anything to anyone and ignoring but finally AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY, RAJESH SINGH [BODYGUARD] and his mother have also misguided the society and the labours of this family and told them to start abusing in the victims’ premises badly. The labours did the same thing then the victim and his mother also started scolding to the labours.

After this, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY has disturbed the victim so much so that the victim was unable to tolerate anyone’s scolding behaviour…that means AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY tried to make the victim a subject whom nobody could understand and he started fighting with everyone and vice versa.

Finally, the same thing and result came out once when the two brothers [SHAILENDRA BHUSHAN] fought very badly with AMLENDU BHUSHAN in which the victim AMLENDU BHUSHAN was very badly hurt, wounded and his elder brother always targeted on the brain. So, these were the situations that was started and created by AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY in which the two brothers started quarrelling very badly. Now, all these people are in look out of any situation when they will fight badly with the victim or his family members....mob lynching..

As a result, the situation of the family is becoming bad to worst day by day and AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY is taking advantage of all these situations.

The most severe situation came into existence when because of tensions their mother got paralysis attack and brain haemorrhage instantly. She was on the verge of death. So, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND SUPPORTERS are involved indirectly or directly in the attempt to murder of all the family members in the family or four people in the family. Not only this, they have also planted a person, RAJESH SINGH, who is a bodyguard of someone who has come with two licensed pistols and a gun after a few months and was trying to create any situation so that he could show and prove as he has shooted the whole family or only the victim as he attacked him badly as self defence. So, their motive is to destroy the victim or the family as well. Or they are trying to make them frightened or more aggressive by such type of behaviours so that nobody will understand them completely.

They have also given threats to the victim as they will shoot him by calling police station without any mistake, they will throw him from the fourth floor roof and they will fracture hands and feet of the victim, all the family members will be hospitalized, ….and also the labours have been misguided and instructed to destroy 5-6 main pillars and damage the plaster of the house....so these statements, damages, wounds, mental tortures, agony, harassments and abusive languages from labours, shopkeepers and AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY AND SUPPORTETRS, the victim is completely annoyed and AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY is also misguiding the whole Society against the victim and now the whole family so that whenever any situation will come they will make the victim wrong and start fighting with him badly. They also have said that the family will have to go after selling the house. Till now, AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY has made a complete damage of approx. Rs. 1 crore or more to the victim’s family. [Current valuations] of property plus the life is precious of the victim’s complete family and the private properties, government pole LED lights, electricity connections of other homes, etc...

So, now the victim is seeking genuine, concrete and strong immediate justice, protections, securities and support to him from Global Courts, Government Organisations, global police forces, global defence forces, administrations, laws, governments, media and wants concrete actions and drastic steps so that no one in the society will do like AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY and SUPPORTERS. He should be punished badly and appropriate, specific and lots of articles should be implemented upon him against conspiracy to destroy victim and happiness, private properties, government properties, taking laws in hands, encroachment in others properties, disturbing other people, scolding badly, giving mental tortures, agony, harassments, misguiding labours, society, family, relatives to do crimes and wrong activities in other premises who are already very reputed family in Bihar, making society against a reputed family, making them wrong, trying to provoke wrong activities like crimes, fights, taking advantage of bad situation of a good and reputed family, …trying to make them wrong in all aspects, force them to do or provoke them to harm themselves or others especially in the victim’s family. Target them to make them wrong in the society. Playing bad and wrong politics to destroy a family and their happiness completely and their sons as well.

Please understand the whole situation so that Global police, administrations, laws, governments, media, etc. could take concrete and drastic steps to fight against AMRENDRA CHOUDHARY and his SUPPORTERS in such type of crimes and people.
